We offer a design & build service that includes the production and submission of planning stage drawings together with the planning application. NGM’s design team analyse and resolve any architectural, structural, constructional or logistical problems. We can take over or implement existing plans as well as generate solutions.
NGM will issue you with a full client package detailing timescales, risk assessments, method statements and costings. You will have direct contact details for management on-site to ensure maximum efficiency and transparency. In addition to this, any design input we may offer to any project is covered by our Professional Indemnity Insurance which underwrites our ability & responsibilities involved in producing that design.
